About us
T2H Rakennus Oy is a reliable and skilled Finnish construction company, operating in the Capital and Tampere Regions. We carry out our projects as a general contractor, meaning that we acquire the land as well as design, build and market our apartments ourselves, our customers being home buyers.
What makes us stand out from the traditional construction industry is that our main focus is on creating homes – Lovely Homes – that our customers will be delighted to live in but that are also affordably priced. We want to exceed our customers’ expectations, which is why our projects have always been finished on time.
Our story
T2H was started in 2010 in Vantaa and our firm has grown steadily ever since. The founders Arto Toikkanen and Henri and Samuli Huhdanpää (T + 2 H) have long-term experience of working in the construction industry and have been in leading roles in other firms in the industry long before founding T2H.
T2H has currently about 150 employees, and together with the subcontractors working for us, T2H provides work for over 800 people. We are also frequently hiring new people and looking for more subcontractors for our upcoming projects. In addition, we are partnering with OP Bank, Nordea Bank, Danske Bank, Suomen Hypoteekkiyhdistys, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, LähiTapiola and others.
Responsible, modern living
T2H is a member of the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT (CFCI) and performs responsible building and business. We focus on the life cycle of our homes when designing and building them, ensuring that their quality will not fade with time and that they will have low life cycle costs. T2H is also committed to sustainability and ecological building, as well as continually training our employees.
Energy-efficient geothermal heat
In our homes we utilize geothermal heat whenever possible, which lowers living costs and ensures consistent warm water supplies that are not impacted by fluctuating energy prices. Moreover, geothermal heat is a sustainable choice as it uses energy from the Sun that has been stored in the ground, producing significantly less CO2 emissions than alternative energy sources.

We value customer satisfaction and constantly work towards finding the best and the most functional solutions for our apartments. That is why we also work together with our customers, allowing them to personalize the interior design of their new home.
