Basis for and purpose of the processing of personal data
The controller uses the information to carry out its sourcing.

The handling of personal information is based on the f-subparagraph of the 1. part of the 6. article of the general data processing regulation, which determines the realization of the rights of the controller. The controller is entitled to use personal data for direct marketing to carry out its sourcing. The processing of the personal data of those who have personally signed up for the register is based on the a-subparagraph of the 1. part of the 6. article of the general data processing regulation, which is the agreement of the registered for the use of their personal data for one or multiple specific uses.

Contents of the register
The register contains essential information for sourcing purposes, including the name of the company, industry and field, address, business ID, name, phone number, email and other information of the contact person, required for the maintenance of the sourcing activities, and other information provided by the registered. Additionally, the IP address used to register will be saved as proof of the agreement made by the registered.

Regulated sources of information
Register information is gathered from the registered themselves, the company they represent, the YTJ data processing system, public registers or public networks such as www-websites and other public sources. Updated information may also be gathered from authorities or companies providing information update services if necessary.

Protection of register
Information is gathered to databases which are protected by firewalls, passwords or other technical means. Information saved to ADP has restricted access rights, which are protected with user logins and passwords.

Storage time of personal data
Data is stored for the length of time for which the registered works in tasks to which the controller’s products or services relate to and the registered has not refused to receive marketing concerning offer requests.

Personal data concerning the handling of the agreement is stored for the period during which the handling justification is valid. The controller assesses the handling justification of personal data yearly. In case the handling justification, to which the original agreement has been given, is no longer valid, a new agreement request will be made or the personal data will be completely deleted.

Additionally, the need, way and time for storing personal data is assessed yearly.

Regulated data transfers outside the EU or the economic area of Europe
The controller will not hand over personal data to those outside the company. Personal data may be transferred outside the EU or economic area of Europe according to the Protection of Privacy laws.

Realization of the rights of the registered
The registered is, according to the general Protection of Privacy regulations, entitled to:

  • review and receive their own data
  • correct invalid data
  • order for their data to be deleted
  • order for the handling of their data to be restricted
  • resist the handling of their data (concerning direct marketing and the right to handle their data)
  • order for their data to be transferred from one system to another, or
  • revoke their agreement.

The registered may use their rights by emailing a personal request to the person in charge of the register matters.

The registered has the right to make a complaint about the handling of their personal data or the realization of their rights by the controller to the supervisory authority (data protection supervisor).

Contact information is gathered of those who want information of T2H Group Oy’s or its subsidiaries’ apartments.

Personal data in the register is used according to laws for maintaining, developing, analyzing and recording customer relations.

Personal data in the register may be used to record reservations of apartments or parking spaces, to create deed of sales documents and for marketing by the controller or other firms in the same company, for example in the form of online direct marketing.

Basis for and purpose of the processing of personal data
Personal data is handled for the purpose of receiving, handling and storing job applications made to the controller to make recruitment decisions based on applications received through job advertisements or open search.

The handling of personal information is based on the f-subparagraph of the 1. part of the 6. article of the general data processing regulation, which determines the realization of the rights of the controller. The rights of the controller are based on the relation between the controller and the job seeker, which is created as the job seeker dispatches their application for the purpose of seeking employment. Additionally, the processing of personal data for the purpose of carrying out necessary pre-actions regarding the possible employment, as requested by the job seeker, is based on the  b-subparagraph of the 1. part of the 6. article of the general data processing regulation.

Regulated sources of information
The registered mainly delivers their personal information by themselves.

Protection of register
Information is gathered to databases which are protected by firewalls, passwords or other technical means. Information saved to ADP has restricted access rights, which are protected with user logins and passwords.

Storage time of personal data
The storage time of personal data is 2 years, as determined by law, to carry out and demonstrate compliance to the obligations of the law (such as the Non-Discrimination Act).

Regulated data transfers outside the EU or the economic area of Europe
The controller will not hand over personal data to those outside the company, unless obligated to do so by the effectual law. Personal data may be transferred outside the EU or economic area of Europe according to the Protection of Privacy laws.

Realization of the rights of the registered
The registered is, according to the general Protection of Privacy regulations, entitled to:

  • review and receive their own data
  • correct invalid data
  • order for their data to be deleted
  • order for the handling of their data to be restricted
  • resist the handling of their data (concerning direct marketing), or
  • order for their data to be transferred from one system to another.

The registered may use their rights by dispatching a written and signed personal request to the person in charge, or the request may be personally presented at the previously mentioned address of the controller.

The registered has the right to make a complaint about the handling of their personal data or the realization of their rights by the controller to the supervisory authority (data protection supervisor).

Other
The consequences of declining to deliver personal data mentioned in the privacy policy will be addressed individually during the recruitment process. The handling of personal data of applicants is essential for processing the applications and carrying out the recruitment process, meaning that the refusal to deliver personal data may influence the decision-making. If the applicant resists the handling of their personal data for the purposes mentioned previously, the controller may be unable to process the application.
